Losing The Last Few Pounds Before Your Wedding
by Catrina Jackson
He finally pooped the question! There are no words to explain how happy you are. Everyone, your family, his family, and all of your friends are ecstatic. There is so much to do and the time is sure to fly by. You have to make a guest list, establish bridal colors, find a venue, send out invitations, chose a cake, pick a menu, and decorate the whole event. All this and you haven't even started on the list of things you have to do to get your self ready yet.
On your wedding day, you should be the center of attention. As you walk down the aisle, all eyes are going to be on you and you are going to want to look better than you ever have. You'll want to see that sparkle in your grooms eye as you walk toward him and he can't help but stare at you in amazement. You want to hear your guests whisper to each other about how gorgeous you look and how your gown fits you beautifully. To achieve this, there are a few simple things that you will have to do.
Number One: Start Early As soon as you find out that you are going to be walking down that aisle get your self ready to to start up a work out plan. Do something that you like to do whether it be walking or playing tennis. The sooner you start, the less stress that you will be putting on your self to lose weight in a short, restricted time frame.
Number Two: Don't Do More Than You Can Handle Keep in mind that working out to lose weight and tone up for your big day will not happen if you are only going to push your self to hate the process and quit. Do what you can and try to build your self up to at least thirty minuets and day, five times a week.
Number Three: Watch What You Eat You are working out and are on the path to feeling great. Help your self get there faster by cutting down on processed foods, sugar, starches, and fats. 100% whole wheat foods, fiber, water, fruits, and veggies are going to keep you full and healthy. After a few short weeks, you will hardly even crave the bad foods.
Number Four: Don't Make Excuses to Fail Schedule in your work out. Every little bit helps. Park farther away when you go to work or the store. Ask your brides maids to work out with you. Take evening walks with your fiance to help relieve the stress of the day.
Before you know it, your wedding day will be here and you will look and feel great. Your wedding photos will prove it.
